Over the course of 20 months, Mr. Jursons demonstrated exceptional leadership and managerial capabilities, overseeing the successful execution of works valued at 6.8 million EUR.The scope of the project was extensive, with notable achievements including:
Roof reconstruction (10900m2)
Construction of a solar panel park on the roof (837kW)
Renovation of premises on the 1st floor (12700m2)
Overhaul of separate shops on the 2nd floor (900m2)
Installation of a state-of-the-art LED advertising screen on the facade
Reinforcement of cover structures (900m2)
Repair of parking lot floors (3000m2)
Reconstruction of the parking lot ceiling (14800m2)
One of the most commendable aspects of Mr. Jursons' management was the ability to carry out the reconstruction in stages, seamlessly integrating the project without disrupting the operation of the shopping center. His adept handling of multiple simultaneous tasks showcased his organizational prowess.
All stages of the reconstruction were meticulously coordinated and executed with precision, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the established budget.
